The grounds at Otyokwa feature a 4-Bedroom Farmhouse, 5 Lakeside Sleeping Cabins, a Kitchen Cabin & Bathhouse, Rec Hall, and our 2 Floating Camps, Nomad and Roam. We can accommodate 23 overnight Cabin Guests, 8 Farmhouse Guests, 6 Houseboat Guests and up to 120 Event Guests.

- Availability -

The property is seasonally available May thru Mid October. The Farmhouse is available year-round and offered separately in the winter as a quiet retreat. We accept weekly vacation reservations during the high summer (July-September) and shorter reservations for gatherings and vacation bookings outside of those times. Our availability is kept up-to-date on our Booking Calendar and on Airbnb. And you can always contact us with any inquiry.

We specialize in intimate gatherings, small ceremonies, and group retreats encouraging a natural integration into Maine’s spectacular landscape. Whether you're interested in a cozy elopement, relaxing gathering with family and friends, or off-site corporate retreat, our property has the space to comfortably host your event. Otyokwa is a blank-slate venue available for as few as 6 hours, or as long as a week+. And the best part - you can sleep and relax onsite for multi-day events.
